PCT Business X Technology Conference

  • Anthony's Forum 4277 NE Stevens Way Seattle, WA 98195 (map)

It has always been said that business people have soft skills while technical people have hard skills, the business people manage people while the technical people manage technologies, the business people tell people what to do while the technical people get it done. But how true is this?

We live in a world where you can't do much of anything without technology. For business people, it is growing increasingly essential to have technical literacy to understand the ways they can leverage the power of technology to improve their company's efficiency. For technical people, it is important to understand the business impact of the technologies they create and how they play into the market for the technologies to be successful. In this day and age, it is essential to understand both of these industries and the way interact with and intersect each other in order to succeed in the market.

PCT presents the first ever Business x Technology Conference at the University of Washington. We welcome you to join us on January 19, 2019 and explore the overlap between business and technology. Over the course of a few hours, you will have the chance to hear from many distinguished professionals about how this overlap has impacted their work, and how you can prepare yourself to succeed in the industry.
